Exploring the insight and wisdom of the right side of the brain through some simple creative activities, all geared toward mindfulness.

You don’t have to be ‘arty’ or have any creative experience for this session - nor will you have to share your work with the group.

Stress Management 101

Learn why you feel the way you do when you are stressed/overwhelmed/feeling low and how to shift quickly into a calmer, more present state.

This session translates recent neuroscience into easy to understand language and gives you practical tools to feel more in control of feelings and behaviour.

The Power of Rest

We can be surprisingly unskilled at doing the very thing that can make a huge difference to our physical and mental well- being. Learn why rest makes such a difference and hear the most effective and efficient ways to rest well.
Includes a 40 minute full body relaxation experience.

Boundaries

We all need boundaries in order to have healthy relationships, care for own wellbeing and have a life that we enjoy. But we often find boundaries hard to work out and sustain.

We’ll explore where our boundaries come from, check in with how our current boundaries are serving us and look at different ways we might adapt and change them.

Green Wellbeing: Theory & Practice

In this extended session we explore the really practical ways we can integrate nature more into our lives for measurable differences to mental, emotional and physical health.

This two hour session is split between indoor and outdoor delivery for an immersive experience.

The Enneagram: an introduction

The Enneagram is a personality typing system that describes nine basic personality types, each with its own distinct characteristics, motivations, fears, and tendencies. It is a really helpful way of  understanding one's own tendencies and those of others, helping increase empathy and personal growth. It is a fantastic tool for  addressing personal and interpersonal challenges and achieving a greater sense of self-awareness.
