Outdoor Sessions
Our bodies and minds can feel overwhelmed at times by all that life asks of us.
We can become anxious, stressed and disconnected, and unsure of how to make that better.
At Tree & Tide we’ve designed a programme which gives your body and mind a break from the anxiety, tension and overwhelm.
We want to teach you ways of managing your inner world.

We will increase your capacity:
not just to handle the hard things in life
but also to savour the good things.
How does it work?
One hour workshops set in some of the most beautiful outdoor spaces the North Coast has to offer. You’ll be in a small group with no pressure to engage with others.
We’ll help you connect with nature to nourish the stressed places and breathe life back into you.
Through the session we’ll give you tools, based on recent neuroscience, to take into your everyday challenges and help you stay still in mind and steady in heart.
You’ll feel ease, mentally and physically,
more connected within
and empowered to face what life brings
